Depression support in the UK
Depression can affect how you feel, think and cope with everyday life. Therapy can offer a supportive space to understand what you are going through and begin to find a way forward.
What you may be experiencing
- Persistent low mood or sadness
- Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
- Feeling emotionally numb or empty
- Low energy and difficulty coping day to day
- Changes in sleep, appetite or concentration
- Feelings of hopelessness, guilt or worthlessness
How therapy can help
Depression can feel isolating and difficult to explain. It may affect your motivation, relationships, confidence and sense of connection with the world around you. For some people, these feelings develop gradually. For others, they may be linked to loss, stress, trauma or a difficult period in life.
Therapy can provide space to talk openly about how you have been feeling, without pressure or judgement. It can help you better understand the emotional and personal factors involved, while supporting you to make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Over time, therapy may help you build greater self-understanding, reconnect with your needs and develop ways of coping that feel more manageable and supportive.
Our approach
We understand that when you are feeling low, even reaching out can take a great deal of effort. We aim to make the process feel as straightforward, supportive and respectful as possible.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. We take time to understand your needs and match you with a therapist whose experience and way of working feel right for you. Sessions are paced around you and your individual circumstances.
All sessions are offered online, making support more accessible across the UK and easier to fit around everyday life.
