I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual, including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and relaxation techniques. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist.

I have experience working with a wide variety of issues, including ADHD, autism spectrum, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, bereavement and loss, stress, depression, anger, fears, anxiety, phobias, relationship issues, unwanted habits, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, confidence, motivation, addiction, abuse, and trauma. I also support people who are struggling with everyday life, identifying goals, and understanding the reasons behind their general unhappiness, as well as individuals who need help to unravel and share their inner thoughts and feelings.

I work with adults, older adults, young people, and couples. I also support clients with a wide range of additional concerns, including identity issues, sexuality, LGBTQ+ related matters, women’s issues, men’s issues, child-related issues, pregnancy-related difficulties, infertility, disability, health-related issues, chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, cancer, career and personal development, and relationship difficulties. Approach

In my therapy practice, I take an integrative approach and tailor support to each person’s individual needs. With natural empathy, a non-judgemental attitude, and a positive and motivated outlook on life, I support and assist individuals who may be in crisis, experiencing emotional distress, or in need of guidance.

My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and difficulties openly. Depending on your needs, I draw on different therapeutic treatments to help you better understand yourself, work through challenges, and move towards greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.

Whether you are facing a specific difficulty or struggling with a more general sense of unhappiness, I offer support that is thoughtful, flexible, and adapted to your situation.
